Beginner Yoga at 3 Leen Wellness Centre teaches the basics—safe alignment, steady breathing, and gentle movement. We move at an easy pace with clear cues, so you always know what to do. Each class helps you release tension, improve mobility, and learn how to use your breath to calm the mind. No experience needed—just a mat and an open mind.

Who it’s for:
New to yoga, returning after a break, or anyone who wants a slow, supportive class.

You’ll learn:

  • Basic poses (standing, seated, balance) with safe form

  • How to breathe for calm and focus (pranayama basics)

  • Simple flows you can repeat at home

Serene Yoga Flow

Strong. Focused. Uplifting.

Serene Yoga Flow is a fast, energizing flow that builds strength, stamina, and mobility. We focus on safe form and steady breathing so you can challenge yourself without stress. Expect a full-body workout that boosts confidence and leaves you feeling strong, awake, and proud of your progress.

Who it’s for: All levels welcome. Great if you like a challenge and want to feel more powerful in daily life.

Yoga with Pranayama

One-on-One Online Sessions

Personal coaching—right from home.

Private sessions are tailored to your goals, schedule, and level. We create a personal plan with custom sequences, breath cues, and form corrections, so you move safely and learn faster. Short, simple homework helps you keep progress going between sessions.

For: Beginners, busy professionals, returning movers, gentle rehab, and anyone who wants steady, smart progress.
Not for: High-risk or clinical needs that require medical or physiotherapy care. (Please check with your doctor first.)

Accessibility & Inclusivity

All levels and bodies are welcome at 3 Leen Wellness Centre.

I offer modifications and props (mat, blocks/strap if you have them).

Sessions run online via Zoom, so you can train from home in a respectful, judgment-free space.

How should I prepare before class?

  • Wear comfy, loose or stretchy clothes

  • Log in 5–10 minutes early to test audio/video

  • Eat lightly 1–2 hours before class; bring water

  • Set up your space: yoga mat, small room to move

  • Props (optional): blocks and a strap (a book and belt work too)

  • Tell us about injuries or special needs so we can offer safe options
