Hi, I’m Kamal. I began yoga to find calm and balance in a busy life. Over time, it gave me much more—focus, confidence, and peace that goes beyond the mat. I’m a certified Yoga Teacher and certified in Pilates and Reformer Pilates. I blend these practices to help you move better, breathe deeper, and feel stronger—one simple step at a time.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before your class or session for a full refund or class credit.
If you cancel within 8 hours, the booking is non-refundable and counts as used.

Who can do yoga?
Everyone. All ages and levels are welcome. We offer options for beginners and modifications for different bodies. If you have a medical condition or injury, please talk to your doctor first and let us know so we can adjust the practice.
How do I book a yoga class?

  • Choose your class or a private session

  • Pick your date and time, then checkout
    You’ll get a confirmation email with your details and a Zoom link (for online sessions).

I’m a beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. We start simple, focus on form and breath, and build at your pace.
What do I need for online sessions?
A yoga mat, some space to move, and a stable internet connection. Blocks/strap are helpful but optional.
What’s the difference between Power Yoga and Pranayama classes?
Power Yoga is more active and strength-building; Yoga with Pranayama is slower with guided breathing for calm and focus.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Currently online. Ask about pop-ups or special events.
What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
