Kamal's Story

I started yoga to find balance, calm, and strength in a busy life. What began as a simple practice soon changed everything—better focus, less stress, and a body that felt good again. I went deeper, earned certifications in Yoga, Pilates, and Reformer, and began teaching to help others feel the same steady progress. Today at 3 Leen Wellness Centre, I combine mindful movement and clear breathwork to help you move well, breathe deeper, and feel confident—on and off the mat.

Credentials & Training

  • Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT)
  • Certified Pilates & Reformer Instructor
  • Ongoing study in functional movement and breathwork

Teaching Philosophy

Movement should feel good and be sustainable. I keep cues simple, focus on proper form, and build progress step by step. We choose kindness over pressure and consistency over perfection. Every body is welcome, and every class at 3 Leen Wellness Centre meets you at your level.

The Approach (How Sessions Work)

  • Understand your goals – A quick chat to learn what you need.

  • Personal plan – A blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Pranayama designed for you.

  • Clear guidance – Simple cues, safe progressions, and posture fixes.

  • Keep momentum – Short home practice so progress continues between sessions.

Who It’s For (and Not For)

For: Beginners, busy professionals, returning movers, gentle rehab, and anyone who wants steady, smart progress.
Not for: High-risk or clinical needs that require medical or physiotherapy care. (Please check with your doctor first.)

Accessibility & Inclusivity

All levels and bodies are welcome at 3 Leen Wellness Centre.

I offer modifications and props (mat, blocks/strap if you have them).

Sessions run online via Zoom, so you can train from home in a respectful, judgment-free space.
